About the role
Unique opportunity for an Administration Assistant to work alongside the Retail Manager and a wider team of experienced industry professionals to support the management of a small portfolio of shopping centres. In this 6-month contract role you will take ownership of key administrative tasks while providing essential support to the broader team. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Retail Manager with the administration, execution, and management of all tenancy files and documentation.
* Assist the Retail Manager with the financial collection and reporting process.
* Provide support with tenant management and day-to-day operational needs.
* General reception duties including contractor sign in & maintaining key register
* Prepare charity licence agreements and maintain register of bookings
* Assist with Casual Mall leasing, ensuring compliance with bookings and reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in shopping centre management or administration (highly desirable but not essential).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Background in general accounts and administration.
* Excellent self-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
