Club Leadership Position
The successful candidate will oversee and manage various departments within a fitness establishment, driving team performance and delivering exceptional member service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Team Leadership: Lead and motivate sales, customer service, reception, retail, and personal training teams to achieve set goals and targets.
* Financial Performance Management: Manage the club's financial standing, including budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting. Ensure the club operates efficiently and meets revenue expectations.
* Industry Insights and Strategic Planning: Stay informed about industry trends and anticipate changes in the fitness and wellness market. Develop and implement strategies to maintain the club's competitiveness and appeal to members.
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address challenges as they arise, making timely and effective decisions to ensure smooth gym operations.
* Member Satisfaction and Experience: Maintain a high level of member satisfaction by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, along with delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness or related industry.
* Successful track record in leading sales teams and working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ability to perform the membership consultant role when required.
* Experience in marketing strategy, planning, and executing campaigns using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.
* Competence in financial reporting and budget management.
