As a Correctional Case Officer, you will play a key role in supervising, managing, and supporting inmates while ensuring safety, security, and rehabilitation in a respectful and structured environment. You will work in Clarence Correctional Centre helping inmates prepare for reintegration into society.
In This Role, You Will
Supervise and manage inmates while promoting rehabilitation and reintegrationConduct searches, monitor inmate activities, and maintain a structured, secure environmentUse communication and problem-solving skills to defuse tense situations and maintain orderWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure inmate welfare
