Key Responsibilities
* The Nursing Care Specialist delivers person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the healthcare team.
* You will provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
* Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care.
* Effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and interpersonal skills is essential.
* Evidence-based practice and critical thinking are required to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care.
* You will supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care and demonstrate leadership and adaptability.
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence, is required.
* You must be able to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience working in a similar role or environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
