As the Early Careers Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top early talent across our clients digital, strategy, and technology practices. From driving structured early careers programs to leading campus engagement initiatives and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, you’ll be central to the firm’s future talent strategy. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver graduate and internship programs aligned to business needs Build and execute campus engagement strategies to elevate the employer brand and attract diverse talent Manage high-volume recruitment cycles, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience Collaborate with business stakeholders, talent partners, and learning teams to shape early careers development journeys Represent the consultancy at events, career fairs, and university partnerships as a visible and trusted brand ambassador Ideal Candidate Profile: 3-5 years’ experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, preferably within tech, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments Strong background in high-volume hiring and managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns Experience driving on-campus presence and engagement strategies Able to build credibility with both early talent and senior stakeholders Passionate about early careers, with a proactive and data-led mindset Why This Role?
