SURVEYOR – OFFICE BASED
Crossland and Hardy Pty Ltd (Founded 1868) are established surveying consultants based in Maylands, Western Australia. We undertake a diverse range of projects across Perth and Western Australia, providing surveying services for construction and engineering projects of all sizes as well as being involved in the land development and cadastral industry.
We are seeking an Office based Surveyor to join our Perth team. The role involves providing support to our field surveyors through data computations, reductions and data processing, plan preparation and delivery. In addition, you will be required to assist with data management related to construction set out, scanning, UAV, and feature surveys.

Candidate Key Requirements:
* 1 year minimum experience in a similar or related role
* Minimum qualification a Diploma of Surveying
* Competency with various CAD software packages
* Excellent data management
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing project conditions
* Australian residency
* Australian Driver's Licence
