**T**HE OPPORTUNITY**
TAFE NSW is looking for industry qualified teachers of Business Services (in areas of Leadership and Management; Work Health and Safety; Human Resource Management; Enterprise and Small Business and Quality Auditing) to join our team as Casual Teachers and share your industry knowledge and expertise with an engaged student cohort. You will become part of a highly driven and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve students' success.
South region includes campuses at Albury, Cootamundra, Corowa, Deniliquin, Finley, Griffith, Leeton, Narrandera, Temora, Tumut, Wagga Wagga, Young, Bega, Batemans Bay, Cooma, Goulbourn, Moruya, Moss Vale, Nowra, Queanbeyan, Shellharbour, Wollongong, Wollongong West and Yass.
**A**BOUT YOU**
To succeed in this role, you are an industry expert in one of the following fields:
- Leadership and Management
- Work Health and Safety
- Human Resource Management
- Quality Auditing
- Enterprise and Small Business
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy. You are closely involved with the Business Services Industry and maintain your industry connections. You keep abreast of current industry requirements in property services and have a willingness to continue to obtain industry knowledge. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share information with your students through face to face and connected learning platforms.
**To be considered for the role you will have**:
- Relevant vocational qualifications as per below:
**For **Enterprise and Small Business** - Certificate IV (or above) in Enterprise and Small Business.
**For Leadership and Management, **Work Health and Safety, **Human Resource Management** **and **Quality Auditing** - Diploma (or above) in the relevant discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional currency.
