Manager Corporate Services (Mullaloo Beach Primary School)
This is a 6 month fixed term, part‐time (0.8 FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension.
Mullaloo Beach Primary School is an Independent Public School located in the Perth coastal suburb of Mullaloo, just 300 m from the beach within a nature reserve and adjacent to extensive playing fields. The school serves around 300 children from Kindergarten to Year 6, drawing many overseas and interstate families who value its community‐based, progressive, inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the school's critical components—financial, physical and human resources—to ensure efficient operation.
* Supervise school support staff and guide them in the administration of financial management, asset maintenance and human resource coordination.
* Administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations; provide input into financial planning and budgeting.
* Strategically develop Business and Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Principal and Executive Management Team.
* Monitor the school's financial performance against plans, ensuring proactive and results‐driven financial management.
* Participate in committees and working groups, aligning strategies with school‐based and regional business targets.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated leadership skills in the delivery of business outcomes and sound customer service principles and practices.
* Demonstrated well‐developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to use effective negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
* Demonstrated sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
* Demonstrated ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
* Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
