4. Legacy Code Understanding Analyze existing systems to extract and communicate embedded business logic and rules.
Facilitate smooth modernization or integration of legacy components.
5. DevOps Proficiency Work with modern DevOps tools and platforms, including but not limited to: Kubernetes Docker Google JIB Gradle GitLab Pipelines Helm Charts ArgoCD Vault
6. Team Collaboration Act as a sparring partner and mentor for: Business Analysts Backend Developers Frontend Developers QA/Test Engineers
7. ReactJS Experience (Nice to Have) Experience or familiarity with ReactJS is considered a strong plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
