About the role
Beachton Wealth is looking for a dedicated Client Service Officer to join us in West Perth. As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
The position offers flexible hours, it may suit a working parent or financial planning student. Ideally looking for someone to start at 3 - 4 days per week.
What you'll be doing
1. Responding to general client enquiries and booking appointments.
2. Preparing documentation for client appointments.
3. Obtaining research from super funds and quoting insurance.
4. Maintaining client records and compliance processes.
5. Implementing advice, such as establishing super funds, organising rollovers, setting up bank accounts and processing insurance applications.
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a client service or financial planning role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Empathy is an absolute necessity
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
4. Ideally proficient in XPLAN and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Knowledge of financial planning legislation.
