About This Role
Efficient payment fraud prevention and supplier risk management are crucial for finance teams. We protect organisations from fraud and error by verifying payments before they happen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
* Collaborate closely with sales to create enablement content that supports pipeline generation and deal progression.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives and be accountable for execution and impact.
Accountabilities:
* Plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new features, solutions, and campaigns targeting the AU and NZ markets.
* Delve into product knowledge to empower the sales team to win.
* Develop compelling messaging and website content that communicates the value of our products clearly.
* Social proof development: source customer testimonials and case studies to build trust and credibility with target audiences.
* Cross-functional leadership: work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams to ensure tight alignment on product roadmap, feedback loops, and customer insights.
* Positioning and segmentation: craft differentiated positioning tailored to buyer personas (especially CFOs, Treasurers, and other finance leaders).
* Campaign execution: collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to launch and optimise performance of product-focused campaigns.
About You:
* We're looking for someone who can execute at pace and isn't afraid to get hands-on.
* You'll be the type who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and communicates clearly and confidently.
Experience & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech companies is required.
* Proven success in a sales-led growth environment is essential.
* Experience launching products and features in complex buying environments is necessary.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and product are needed.
* Experience working with or marketing to the C-suite is advantageous.
