Experience Manager Role
This leadership position involves creating exceptional experiences for guests and their teams.
* Motivate the team to deliver genuine and local guest experiences.
* Champion coaching and mentoring, as well as Guest and Team initiatives and daily pub operations.
* Activate local events and support the Venue Manager in developing marketing initiatives.
We are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic individual with excellent hospitality leadership and operational experience. Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required.
