Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Accounts Officer to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable duties, including purchasing and invoicing.
2. Provide administrative support to the organisation, including reception duties and maintenance of financial management systems.
3. Process supplier invoices and payments, customer invoicing and receipts, and manage creditor and debtor relationships.
4. Assist with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) claim management, including preparation of service agreements and schedules of support.
5. Manage participant details, service schedules, transport recording and management, and process petty cash and staff expense reimbursements.
6. Ensure compliance with legislative NDIS and taxation requirements.
7. Develop and implement organisational procedures and protocols as required.
