About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small independently owned medical centre located inside Stockland Mall, Merrylands. This is a hands-on role working closely with the single practice owner, doctors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
● Daily practice operations and staff supervision
● Patient flow, scheduling, and reception oversight
● Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billing( rare)
● Accounts, invoicing, and Medicare follow-ups
● Staff rostering and training
● RACGP / AGPAL accreditation and compliance
● Practice software management (Best Practice preferred)
About You
● 2- 3+ years' experience in general practice or healthcare management
● Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
● Confident in high-volume medical centre operations
● Australian work rights
