Location: North Sydney | 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home Reporting to: CFO Finance Manager Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller/Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations, deliver accurate and timely financial information, and strengthen financial controls. This role will provide leadership across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial accounting and reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee major transactions. Manage cashflow, banking, payroll, and tax compliance. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Oversee capital expenditure processes and feasibility models. Coordinate with auditors and prepare financial content for board reporting. Drive finance process improvements and ensure adherence to policies. Lead and develop the finance team, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
