The LCS Group is growing! Build the teams transforming landscapes across South Australia.

We're creating a brand-new 12 month opportunity for a part-time (0.8FTE) Recruitment Coordinator to shape the future of our workforce at the LCS Group.

This is more than just recruitment. It's your chance to play a hands‐on role in building high‐performing field teams, supporting apprentices as they launch their careers, and influencing how we attract and retain talent in a competitive market.

About the Role

* Deliver end‐to‐end recruitment for blue‐collar, field‐based roles.
* Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and project demands.
* Source, screen, and secure high‐quality candidates.
* Manage offers, contracts, and pre‐employment requirements.
* Coordinate onboarding to ensure job‐ready, compliant new starters.
* Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard‐to‐fill roles.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
* Be the key contact for apprentices and our external apprenticeship provider.
* Conduct regular check‐ins and monitor apprentice progress & performance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

About You

* Experience in end‐to‐end recruitment (agency or in‐house).
* Confidence recruiting blue‐collar, trade, or field‐based roles (highly regarded).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner, influence, and deliver.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Passion for candidate experience and process improvement.
