Corporate Travel Coordinator Job Description
The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Coordinator to join its Strategic Procurement and Business Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all university travel, ensuring that it is safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant policies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Travel Coordination: Coordinate all university travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
* Enquiry Management: Be the central point of contact for travel-related enquiries from staff, students, and UniSQ's preferred travel management provider.
* Query Resolution: Assist with resolving travel queries promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Qualification and Experience: Relevant qualification and experience in corporate travel coordination or travel management services.
* Policy Knowledge: Sound understanding of travel policies, compliance, and risk management.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Technical Skills: Confidence in using travel management systems and analysing data to improve performance and compliance.
