About the Role:Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
* Lead the operations of expense management
* Invoice processing and vendor maintenance
* High volume of credit card expense claims
* Completing audits on expenses
* Reconciliations
* Expense management reporting
* Partner with internal stakeholders and corporate cardholders to ensure expense claims comply with company policies and guidelines
* Handle relevant queries and other ad hoc duties as required
About You:The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable / Expense Officer position along with the following attributes:
* Effective time management & organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A keen eye for detail, and strong skills with reporting and reconciliation duties
* Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
* Prior experience using SAP or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
