We are CBH.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Plant Operator on a full-time permanent basis at our Esperance Terminal.This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. Our Operations can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Roster: 4:4 (shift patterns consisting of four 12-hour days, sliders andnights)Responsibilities include:Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygieneControl room operationsFumigation management as well as preparing grain for shipping whilstat all times focussing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement.Physically, the role involves bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, and working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty environment.Potential IC work included during harvest periodsAbout You:Experience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industryBasic computer skillsPossession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/licensehighly advantageousAbility to work at heights, confined spaces and in dusty environmentsAny offer of employment will be subject to the outcome of pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.To be successful in this role, you will need to reside in Esperanceor in a nearby area.Why work with CBH?Work with a good bunch of peopleWe are a good bunch of people working together.
