The Purpose: This role will see you working in a collaborative environment as the sole Paralegal providing paralegal and administrative support with a strong focus on supporting the GM of Legal Operations across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities of the role will cover the following key areas: Drafting standard legal agreements such as NDA's, rebate and other commercial agreements Drafting templates Responding to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders Legal/regulatory research as and when necessary Subject matter expert for LawVu (our team matter and contract management system) Entering contracts and key dates on LawVu and updating on a regular basis Assisting with management of the L&G team budget, raising PO's for external legal expenses and paying invoices Attending meetings with internal stakeholders as and when necessary General admin tasks such as diary management, arranging meetings, amendment of documents and contracts, drafting emails etc The skills & knowledge you need to have: Thie role would suit career Paralegal or experienced Legal secretary who is capable and desiring more responsibility Proficient in drafting NDA's, rebate agreements, and commercial contracts. Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder interaction and email correspondence. Ability to conduct legal and regulatory research. LawVu Proficiency. Experience with contract management systems preferred. Capable of managing contracts, budgets, and general administrative tasks.
