Job Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This mid-level position involves providing top-notch desktop support services and requires an individual with strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting with extensive experience in handling system issues. (Mandatory)
* Skilled in Active Directory management, including adding/removing users, managing permissions, and directory structuring.
* Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 support, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end users.
* Competent in using remote desktop tools to support offsite users effectively.
* Able to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
* Capable of hardware diagnostics and repairs.
* Knowledgeable in asset management and imaging/reimaging processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide timely desktop support to end users, minimizing downtime.
* Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
* Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
* Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades.
* Support network connectivity and security measures.
* Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery.
* Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
