The Role We are seeking a Content Creator who combines creative flair with technical execution. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will not only produce high-end video and photography but also own the optimisation and delivery of these assets.

This is not a "set and forget" role; you will be responsible for ensuring content is formatted, tested, and executed for maximum impact across all digital channels (Instagram, YouTube, Web, and EDMs). You will bridge the gap between creative production and market growth, ensuring our "farm-to-table" and "crop-to-cup" stories are technically optimised to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-End Production: Shoot, edit, and colour grade high-quality video and photography.
* Platform Optimisation: Re-format and output all assets to meet specific platform requirements (aspect ratios, codecs, file sizes) for Reels, Feed, YouTube, and Web.
* Performance Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creative elements (thumbnails, hooks, captions) and apply SEM principles to improve search visibility and engagement.
* Campaign Execution: Manage the delivery of assets for product launches, ensuring all media is live, tagged, and performing as required.
* Visual Storytelling: Translate business goals into compelling visual narratives; liaise with Roastery and Kitchen teams to document processes and identify unique selling points.

Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, or Communications is highly desirable. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial experience is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
* Commercial Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating not just content creation, but commercial execution (examples of campaigns that drove engagement or sales) is essential. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
* SEM/SEO Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of search engine marketing and social media optimization principles.
* Data Driven: Ability to interpret engagement metrics (CTR, conversion) to refine content strategy.
