T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive tray, canopy and toolbox range in Australia.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated, keen and organised Marketing and Events Coordinator to be an integral part of the Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of marketing and events for the company.

You will work closely with key departments to create and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that meet business objectives, generate leads and drive long-term success. Alongside marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of high-quality, smooth-running events while maintaining budgets, liaising with logistics and more.

**Excellent copywriting skills**, attention to detail and the ability to understand technical content is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all marketing directives and tasks from the Marketing Manager
- Write articles, blog posts, media releases and copy for a range of products, presentations or platforms.
- Managing budgets for external and internal events while co-ordinating with operations and logistics.
- Liaising with exhibitors about existing and proposed events
- Ensure execution of events on time and in budget.
- Develop creative and promotional collateral from briefing through to final output, including distribution to internal and external channels.
- Maintain lead times for projects through workflow management software.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with competing priorities.
- Provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing/Event Coordinator.
- Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral are vital to the success of this position.
- Organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Strong Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience coordinating a team and their workload is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
