As a skilled Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our expanding IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical support across server, network, and end-user environments.
* Administer and monitor infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and security.
* Maintain system documentation and contribute to asset lifecycle management.
* Support infrastructure hosted internally and externally, including WAN and telephony.
* Assist with threat monitoring, change management, and disaster recovery testing.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in systems administration or IT support.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
* Technical certifications desirable.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk environments.
