Language Training and Assessment Opportunity
The role involves delivering quality language, literacy and numeracy training to participants at Djerriwarrh sites.
Key responsibilities include teaching, ongoing assessment, program development of the EAL Framework, and ensuring participants develop settlement and language skills.
Essential qualifications include TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its equivalent, or diploma/highest-level qualification in adult education/vocational education and training, or bachelor's degree with postgraduate TESOL qualification.
Deliver training that enhances learners' language proficiency and promotes social inclusion in the community.
Develop a range of assessments and evaluation tools to measure learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Assess and evaluate educational programs to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices.
Design and deliver professional learning opportunities for educators to enhance their knowledge and skills in EAL teaching and assessment.
