CEA is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Group Finance Manager to serve as the strategic second-in-command to our CFO. This is a rare opportunity to shape financial strategy across a diverse portfolio of businesses while contributing to the broader sustainability and growth goals of the CFC Group.
About the Role
As Group Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Accounting Team across multiple legal entities and systems.
- Drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with precision and insight.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial resilience.
- Champion enterprise-wide systems and process improvements that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and key stakeholders to uphold financial integrity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred).
- 10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally within complex or multi-entity environments.
- Proven leadership of finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen and enterprise systems experience (ERP implementation highly regarded).
- Deep knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and tax legislation.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and deadline management skills.
