Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Chemical Process Specialist to join our engineering department and play a key role in the development of our novel mineral processing technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in directing processes for battery chemical plant design and 3rd party engineering supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertaking a senior engineering role, guiding advanced engineering concepts to assist with our novel mineral processing technology.
* Leading the development of our pilot plant facility in Alexandria, NSW, focusing on project scoping from initial phases of Mass and energy balance through to detailed specification of equipment and commissioning activities.
* Directing processes for battery chemical plant design and 3rd party engineering supervision, involving scoping of the project from initial phases of Mass and energy balance through to detailed specification of equipment and right through to commissioning activities and documentation.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in process engineering, particularly in the field of battery chemical production.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
