Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. Wood is currently seeking multiple experienced Project Managers to form part of our growing project team in Broadmeadows supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Reporting to the Delivery lead, the ideal candidate would act as the main client interface and manage a project team to deliver key Tier 2 EPCm projects to scope, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities
* Project manage a full EPCm team including Client resources and subcontractors to deliver projects from project definition/estimation, through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning/qualification, hand over and close‐out with bottom line responsibility for the schedule, financial and technical success of a project
* Interface with client engineering, operations and quality teams to ensure fit‐for‐purpose design, timely resolution of queries and compliance with GxP/GMP requirements.
* Oversee the production and approval of GxP/GMP documentation
* Ensure timely procurement within Client system
* Planning and coordinating shutdown and construction activities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical engineering preferred
* Proven experience managing projects in complex brownfield environments, with a strong track record in change control, variation management, scheduling, scoping, and senior‐level reporting
* Demonstrated strong commitment to safety, with the ability to embed safe work practices across all project phases
* Previous site‐based experience working closely with construction, commissioning and qualification teams, highly regarded
* Experience working with GxP/GMP documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements preferred
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven capability in managing, motivating, and coordinating resources across engineering, operations, and commissioning teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
