About the role
Full-time permanent position based in either Milton QLD, or Parkville, VIC. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing activities and support brand growth initiatives
* Coordinating marketing projects, campaigns and product launches from planning through to completion
* Developing and managing marketing assets and key messages across print, web, video, social media and events
* Supporting cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
* Preparing creative briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies
* Proofreading, cross-check visuals and test assets to ensure high-quality outputs
* Ensuring marketing activities authentically reflect the voices and diverse needs of people impacted by dementia
* Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, agencies and partners while upholding brand integrity

Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for meal and entertainment benefits.
Leave allowances: In addition to your annual leave allowance, you will receive one day paid birthday leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these days fall within your regular working schedule), up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading. Option to purchase additional leave.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
1. Relevant qualifications in marketing and/or business at a tertiary level
2. Three or more years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana
4. Promotes teamwork by collaborating with and supporting others
5. Fosters strong, respectful relationships to support our vision and mission
6. Thinks critically and applies logical analysis and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions
7. Continuously develops and applies specialist expertise to achieve outcomes
8. Values diverse perspectives, building consensus and gaining commitment from others
