The role of the Support Worker is to work with clients within the NDIS funding framework, assisting them to achieve their goals and increase their independence and participation within the community. You will provide support to people with disability and/or psychosocial needs, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living.
Key Duties
* Taking clients out for social outings and activities
* Servicing clients at their respective homes with activities of daily living
* Light domestic duties and meal preparation/eating assistance
* Medication administration duties
* Liaising with the families and representatives of your client as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
* NDIS Clearance Check
* WA Working with Children Check
* WA driving licence and a reliable vehicle
* Proof of working rights - Passport or visa
