Key Responsibilities:
* Attend Board meetings and respective Board committees.
* Actively participate in Board discussions and decision-making processes.
* Provide strategic guidance and direction to the organisation, including development of the organisation's strategic direction.
* Ensure organisational compliance with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and evaluate the organisation's performance and provide constructive feedback to the CEO.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to commit time for Board meetings and committee involvement.
