Territory Sales Manager – Distribution - QLD

Reports to: National Sales Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our presence across the wall and ceiling industry.

Grow profitable sales by partnering closely with both new and existing customers, building trust and long-term relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business, and strong commercial outcomes.

Requirements Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and strategic sales planning
* Deliver product training and support to customers and their teams
* Provide technical advice and industry insightsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
* Promote key programs, product launches, and marketing initiatives
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
* Support trade shows, product launches, and customer events
* Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and finance
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a sales or territory management role (preferably in building materials or construction)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
* Analytical thinking and strategic planning capability
* Confidence working with CRM systems and sales tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
