Job Description
We are looking for two full-time HR Assistants to support our high-volume peak trade recruitment drive and to deliver accurate, timely, confidential and effective HR support across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys.
These opportunities are being offered on a short-term contract basis, between 2 and 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Providing first-level HR support, with a focus on supporting Stores with peak trade recruitment activities.
Completing recruitment tasks accurately and promptly, including job and offer approvals.
Assisting the recruitment team with phone screening, interview booking and job management.
Preparing and delivering recruitment reporting to support store hiring activity.
Assisting the broader HR team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Availability to start immediately will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced or retail environment.
Confident using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters).
