About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Service Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely responses and verifying work orders to completion.
* Analyse customer needs and develop effective strategies to respond
* Evaluate costs against established service provider guidelines
* Process invoices, arrange payment, and liaise with the accounts payable department
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, preferably within a call centre environment
* A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and going above and beyond to achieve satisfaction
