Customer Solutions Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions professional.
This role involves making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers and partners to assist with recovering overdue balances. You will negotiate and listen to customers, referring them to hardship assistance or independent financial advice where appropriate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and validate documents and follow processes and policy within a highly compliant environment.
* Work independently with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
* Identify and investigate errors.
