The Role They’re looking for a motivated junior or intermediate accountant to join their tight-knit team. You’ll get exposure to a diverse client base and have the opportunity to deepen your technical skills across compliance and advisory. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts Assist in preparing financial statements across a range of entities Process BAS and manage bookkeeping duties Liaise with the ATO on client matters Support high-net-worth clients and gain exposure to complex structures Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation What’s on Offer: Weekly tax updates and monthly training (Knowledge Shop resources) Hybrid working – up to two days from home Paperless office with leading cloud-based systems Quarterly social events plus two major firm-wide functions annually CA/CPA support – fees paid once enrolled Exposure to advisory projects and complex client groups Supportive, open-door culture that prioritises development What You’ll Bring: A degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar At least 1 year experience in Australian public practice Currently studying or planning to commence CA/CPA Familiarity with tax and BAS preparation Comfortable using accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.) Eager to learn, grow, and take your career to the next level If you’re looking to be mentored, challenged, and genuinely supported in your career, this is the opportunity to take that next big step.
