We are looking for a seasoned business professional to fill a key role in our organization.
* This position requires someone with strong commercial and HR expertise to provide valuable insights and challenge business leaders on all strategic people-related matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Partner closely with senior leadership teams across the organization to drive innovative people initiatives and solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, while providing expert guidance on organizational culture and development.
* Support the Director of Human Resources on operationalizing the people strategy and designing and delivering change and transformation initiatives.
