About your new career
This is a hands-on role performing construction maintenance on our new builds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and understanding the importance of providing exceptional customer service to an excited new homeowner.
* Undertake minor repairs and address any touch-ups or defects after handover.
* Communicating with clients, site managers and subcontractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
* Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and quality tasks.
* Provide regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders.
About you
You will have all-rounder experience in general maintenance and residential construction.
* Solid trade background – carpentry trade preferred.
* Eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Detailed understanding of South Australian building codes and regulations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction detailing.
* Strong understanding of WHS and a commitment to safety.
* Self-motivated, ability to work independently across multiple sites.
* Current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
