Job Overview
This role is a critical part of our IT infrastructure, requiring strong technical skills to resolve first-line and some second-line issues. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows desktop and server platforms, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Active Directory, Teams, and other related technologies.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective support for first-line issues and assist with second-line issues as needed
* Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID securely and efficiently
* Ensure seamless support of the Microsoft environment
* Install and configure IT hardware and software
* Implement new starter and leaver IT processes
* Coordinate building security access
* Evaluate escalations to second-line support when necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
* Approximately 2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk experience
* Some complex second-line helpdesk exposure required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
* A strong focus on customer service is vital
* The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial
