Lead Event Chef
We are seeking an experienced chef to lead our events team in the Hunter Region.
* Manage event-day operations from start to finish, working directly with the Executive Chef and company founders.
* Oversee kitchen brigades for functions ranging from 90-120 guests, executing refined shared banquets.
* Represent the business at high-end events in the region.
* Collaborate on seasonal menu development, manage food transport, and maintain quality standards across different venue environments.
* Interact directly with clients, planners, and VIP guests.
Requirements:
* Solid Head Chef or Senior Sous experience, ideally from banquets, fine dining, or high-end events.
* Strong cooking background, traditional and modern approaches.
* Organised logistics, comfortable managing kitchen admin, and able to lead teams in flexible environments.
* Australian driver's licence and valid work rights.
