We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant to support our laboratory operations in Kalgoorlie. The role involves data entry services using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), with potential additional duties as needed.
Key Requirements
* Excellent alpha/numeric skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have strong language skills, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and excellent computer skills.
* Prior experience with Excel, Word, and OneNote is highly desirable.
In this role, you will be responsible for filing, archiving, and updating records, screening phone calls, second-checking work orders, and preparing re-assay work. Hands-on training will be provided across various laboratory areas.
