Job Description:
The University of Western Australia offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team making a real impact on rural health workforce.
This is a full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months, based at one of the RCSWA sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a small team delivering high-quality administrative and project management support.
* Coordinate activities and initiatives across the RCSWA in collaboration with other departments.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing policies, procedures, and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior administration and team leadership.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
Ability to supervise a small team and provide training and development.
Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits:
Base salary range: $104,243–$115,000 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
