Job Title: Customer Development Manager
About the Role:
The Customer Development Manager will report directly to a Channel Manager and collaborate closely with NAPA Branch Managers to foster business relationships with target customers in their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs to drive business growth and satisfaction.
2. Accountability for sales and gross margin performance within assigned territory.
3. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills.
4. Meet or exceed quarterly sales budgets while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business development and account management.
6. Promote and reinforce a culture of safety by prioritizing employee well-being and ensuring a safe working environment.
7. Adhere to and promote safe driving practices at all times.
