Track Maintenance Technician
Aurizon is currently seeking a dedicated Track Maintenance Technician to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team in Blackwater. The successful applicant will be working in a small team to carry out infrastructure track maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate, lead and contribute achievement of safety and environmental performance targets by actively promoting safe behaviour and implementing strategies to minimize the risk of injury or loss.
* Undertake infrastructure track maintenance to specified quality and consistency.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to the development of new work practices.
* Report on actual work performed against the scheduled work program.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* An experienced background in track maintenance.
* The ability to work 9-day fortnight, Monday to Thursday 8.5 hours per day, Friday 8 hours and Monday to Thursday 8.5 hours per day.
* 'C' Class Driver Licence (Mandatory)
* 'HR' or 'MR' Class Driver Licence highly advantageous.
* Cert III Rail Infrastructure or willing to obtain.
