Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Licensing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our licensing operations, you will be responsible for driving the strategic management of our crop science licensing and technology partnerships in Trait and Crop Protection portfolios.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements to meet crop science annual operating requirements. You will also ensure transparency and governance in license execution, third-party relationship management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage licensing agreements and partnerships to drive business growth and profitability.
* Develop and execute commercial contracts and licensing arrangements to meet business objectives.
* Maintain and develop relationships with third-party licensees to ensure seamless execution of seasonal obligations and Bayer requirements.
* Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials and tactics to promote stewardship and compliance.
* Review marketing programs and update licensing agreements as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience working in the agricultural seed & chemical market, strong commercial acumen, and contract engagement knowledge. You should also possess proven ability to collaborate effectively with external industry groups, experience working in remote and cross-cultural commercial teams, and strong analytical skills.
Furthermore, effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
