About The Role
Are you an ambitious BDR or Junior BDM ready to take the next leap? Streem is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sydney.
This is your opportunity to own a full sales cycle, grow your strategic sales skills, and work directly with senior stakeholders at top-tier organisations whilst being supported by a high-performing, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
* Drive new business sales across Streem's media monitoring and SaaS tools
* Engage and build relationships with PR, Communications, and Media Managers
* Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals
* Collaborate with our BDM and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover and long-term client success
* Represent Streem's brand and values in all interactions with external stakeholders
* Actively contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture
Who You Are
* 1–2 years experience in B2B sales (media, SaaS, or digital products ideal)
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Natural curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-based sales approach
* Proven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders quickly
* Interest in media, communications, or SaaS platforms
* Bonus: Experience working with PR/Comms professionals or in the media industry
* Full Australian working rights required
