About The Role
Operating within National School of Behavioural and Health Sciences, the Strategic Innovations Coordinator supports the National Head of School by providing strategic operational advice. This includes problem‐solving on critical issues, identifying potential opportunities and risks, forecasting growth opportunities, development of innovative School strategic plans, and recommending and implementing appropriate actions to ensure that operations successfully meet the needs of staff and students.
In providing strategic operational advice, the Strategic Innovations Coordinator will work with the National Team Leader to manage the School's administrative and governance operations to ensure achievement of strategic priorities, effective resource planning and utilisation, and maintenance of a sustainable operational framework. The position manages the operation of complex administrative and technical functions encompassing the delivery of student, academic and operational services; optimal planning and utilisation of the school's physical and human resources; and ensuring compliance with Faculty/University policies and procedures. Operating with a high level of autonomy, the Strategic Innovations Coordinator exercises sound judgement in complex and sensitive matters impacting School operations and strategy. The Strategic Innovations Coordinator is a core member of the School's Leadership team (Deputy and Discipline Heads).

* Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‐term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
