**Payroll Officer - Hybrid - Adelaide**

**What your day will look like**:
- Deliver compliant and efficient payroll processing, ensuring accurate data that is up to date with employee changes, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulatory changes
- Assisting with preparation, balancing and reconciliation of payroll tax, group tax, PAYG tax and superannuation and authorized payroll deductions
- Resolving enquiries from employees
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily payroll activities
**About You**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or similar**:
- **5+ years of experience in Payroll**:
- Interpersonal communication skills, effective collaboration, diplomacy, and assertiveness
- Numeric accuracy, excel expertise, attention to detail
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relatable systems
