The main purpose of the Paid Media Specialist position is to be responsible for the strategy, ongoing management, optimisation and execution of multiple digital marketing strategies in their assigned portfolio, meeting business and brand goals.

Your New Role
* Manage and review the strategic roadmap for clients, identifying any potential issues.
* Analysis of data to continually optimise and improve client campaigns.
* Identify gaps in performance and make recommendations for improvement.
* Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with new clients to establish objectives and metrics.
* Above industry-standard implementation of digital campaigns and content creation for digital campaigns across a range of platforms including (but not limited to): Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Advertising.
* Above industry-standard implementation of Klaviyo flows and campaigns
* Work with the broader marketing team to create, review and implement digital strategies for clients.
* Ongoing review of strategy of clients to maintain relevancy of campaigns and digital marketing.
* Planning out and implementing conversion tracking to align with and support campaign KPIs.
* Produce clear and concise reports that clients understand and value.
* Ensure reports are being produced as efficiently as possible to minimise time spent on producing them.
* Liaise with broader agency teams to optimise UX and ensure brand consistency.
* Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication and incredible results.
* Report any concerns to senior team members.
* Support the broader marketing team with escalated client issues as required.
What you will need
* 3+ years experience in a similar role within a digital agency.
* Relevant platform certifications
* Driver's Licence
* Working Rights in Australia
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism (or similar)
* Proven track record in the development of strategic marketing plans, social strategy, understanding the needs of consumers and target audiences.
* Above industry-standard, hands-on implementation and optimisation experience of digital campaigns across a range of digital marketing platforms.
* Strong digital/social strategy, communications and content development background.
* Proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, collaborative and digital/social thinker.
* Effective interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
* Superior written and verbal communication, organisational, and project management skills.
* Calm and tactful under pressure, able to juggle many tasks at once.
