This is a part-time Banking Consultant position in Dalby QLD, Australia.
About the Role
As a Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience. Your main responsibilities include meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
* You will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for ANZ.
* You will work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals and support bank programs and initiatives.
* You will take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Sound understanding of compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
